1997 — FOUNDATION

Establishment of Manovikas

Launched the Manovikas Charitable Society with a vision to move beyond “sheltered care” toward an inclusive, community-based rehabilitation model.

2005 — GLOBAL EXCHANGE

International Research in Japan & USA

Represented India in Japan for JICA’s Vocational Rehabilitation program and collaborated with US-based self-advocacy groups to bring global standards to India.

2016 — POLICY LEADERSHIP

National Advocacy for RPWD Act

Played a pivotal role in the national discourse leading to the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016, ensuring a rights-based framework for neurodiversity.

2020 — DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION

Launch of e-Gyanshala

Pioneered the world’s largest virtual learning platform for IDD during the pandemic, reaching 1.5 lakh students and parents across 21 states.

2024 — ACADEMIC EXCELLENCE

Think College Initiative

Launched India’s first comprehensive Higher Education framework for neurodiverse students, aligning with the National Education Policy 2020.
